Questions, answered
Is it really free, with no watermark?
Yes. There's no signup, no watermark on the invoice, no ads, and no “upgrade to download.” InvoiceQuick is a free tool from Copper Bay Labs.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. There is no InvoiceQuick server. Everything you type stays in your browser tab; your work autosaves only to this browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data or using a private window wipes it.
How do I get a PDF?
Click Download PDF. Your browser's print dialog opens with just the invoice on the page — choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. This uses your browser's native PDF export, so it works offline and needs no plugin.
Can I reuse an invoice next month?
Yes — click .json to save the invoice as a small file, then Load .json later to bring it all back. Bump the invoice number and date and you're done.
Does it do recurring invoices, reminders, or online payment?
Not in the free tool — it's a fast one-off generator by design. Automatic numbering, saved clients, payment links, and reminders are on the roadmap for InvoiceQuick Pro; there's a waitlist at the bottom of the page.
Is this legal/tax advice?
No. InvoiceQuick formats the invoice; it doesn't determine what tax rate you owe or what your invoice must legally include in your country. Check your local requirements (and the right tax rate) yourself.
